Northwest Iowa Regional Housing Authority will conduct a Public Hearing to review the Housing Authority’s goals, objectives, and policies and to review the Housing Authority’s annual plan for 2023. The annual plan will be available for public review and comment at NWIRHA’s office at 2016 Highway Boulevard, Spencer, IA. A Public Hearing on this matter will be held at 1:30 p.m. on March 15, 2023 in the Northwest Iowa Regional Housing Authority office located at 2016 Highway Boulevard, Spencer, Iowa. The public is invited to attend.
