These are the Tenant Obligations and Rights that Northwest Iowa Regional Housing Authority has established. Our administrative plan states that the consequence for the first violation of these obligations would be the loss of assistance for a period of 18 months. Should you violate these obligations a second time you would be ineligible for assistance for a period of three years and a third violation you would be banned from the program for life. If you are evicted from a federally subsidized program, you would be ineligible for five years and if you owe money you are ineligible until the balance is paid unless other arrangements are made.
